    Well .. maybe she can.
So, I go to the pet store and say I need a fuzzy mouse (their rats are huge .. like sewer rats .. on steroids). She tells me "We aint got no fuzzies. Well .. that's not good. I asked her to give me the smallest adult she has.

    I get home.

I take the mouse out of the box. um .. no wai. There is no wai she will be able to take this. Maybe I am not giving her enough credit.

I look in the box. I kid you not, it wasn't but 5 second since I got home before I opened her tub and her head was out and she was waiting already.

    No wai.

She starts slithering out of her hide. I can tell she has been waiting for this moment (I tried FT with her and she refused, and I want her to eat some .. so I decided to go live for now). She got into her pre-planned attack position and stares at me. She has been thinking about this for a while.

    no wai.

I decided that it was just too much for her to handle, and I started to slide her tub back. She follows the tub movement and never let go of eye contact with me. She wants food.

I did it. I let the mouse go and she wasted no time. The little thing took him out with ease and started gulping him down too. I left her be, and checked up on her 5 minutes later expecting to see her still working away on it. she was done.

I don't think I have ever seen a BP look that full. I don't know if what I just did is bad for her, but she sure looks content.

Man .. I am a little worried, but .. glad to see her finally eat something.

I have one snake that can be a picky eater, I fed her an oversized rat and she hasnt eaten again.... It wont hurt the snake but its not a good thing to do regularly....

I remember when I fed my baby red tail her first small rat, I was like "no way is this possible" I put the rat in, it walked around a bit, here come Abby from here behind some plants giving the rat the stare down. Then boom, rapped up...was gone in 4-5 minutes, pretty intense aswell. Wish my BP was like that, he just hides until he gets annoyed, but hey, atleast he is eating again.
