    Yellowbelly x Normal
Hey everyone, I plan on getting a 2 or 3 yellowbelly males and 4 normal females to start my collection. I'm trying to understand how to produce morphs but I'm still a little confused. So my question is, if I breed a yellowbelly to a normal will it produce 50% normals and 50% yellowbelly? Thanks

Well every egg will have a 50/50 shot at beings a YB so you could get all normals or all YB.

Thanks, I'm going up to the expo in Chicago September 6 and if I find a yellowbelly female I'll pick one or more up. I love the way the yellowbelly looks and in the distant future I hope to breed an Ivory.

No doubt. No need for two or three males. If you were planning on three yb males, I would get a pastel female and one male yb. You could get a female pastel for the price of two yb males.

One male yb could do the same work on four females that two or three males could.
