    Pinkie Press?
I have a hatchling that WILL NOT eat. Has refused numerous meals and is starting to look very unhealthy. I am considering getting a pinkie press. When using the press do you put an actual rat pink in it or some other type of supplement? Does anyone on here have any experience using one?

You put P/K or F/t pinks in it and it sort of makes a pinky paste (for lack of a better term) never used one myself but seen them used

:O Why is James Brown torturing that poor ball?

Seriously -- no pinkie pump -- just assist feed a couple of times and it should start feeding on it's own. ;)

When I rescued two ch youngsters that had NEVER eaten and were at least 2 months old...
I got a nice sized f/t pinkie and used my tongs to gently open the mouth from the side, just a little. I had my husband hold the tongs in place while I got the pinkie just inside the mouth. i then closed the tongs and removed them, leaving the mouse pinkie in its jaws.
I had to do this twice with one bp, the other got it after the first one.
    I hope this helps.

    I can't agree more...

    Assist feed if necessary...

No need for a pinky pump.

In that video did anyone else see the bottle of wazine wormer beside the scale. I just wonder if she uses that on her snakes. It's that blue and white bottle and it's poultry wormer.:confused::confused:

Thanks guys. Was doubtful about the PP in the first place but am getting desperate with this guy. I can get the pinky almost half way down and he will still push it back out. I talked to Adam today and he gave me some tips to try, I will wait a few days and try his advise. Thanks again for all the advise, you guys are great. If you see me in Daytona stop by and say hello.
