All in all it was a very nice zoo. Saw lots of other great animals but didn't get pics on my camera! Jason got a bunch of awesome shots but is having technical difficulties getting them uploaded. We'll get em posted sometime, though!
Re: Milwaukee County Zoo Pics (tons of em!!!)

I'll get them up. This OLD laptop is SLOW, just cropping and resizing the batch, and then to PB they go.

Overall I was really impressed with the zoo, all the animals looked VERY well cared for and happy, none of the usual depressed pacing animals. Most all of the exhibits had some sort of stimulation for the animals inside. And I also like that there were zoo staff that were there to answer questions about animals, and tell a bit about some exhibits.
The only thing I found odd was the use of multi species enclosures for many of the reptiles. But all looked healthy..

Milwaukee County Zoo is a real nice Zoo.. Altho I havent been to many to compare it to. The wife and I get yearly passes every year and end up taking the kids what seems like every 2 to 3 months. I always run for the reptiles and fish first thing... I have some grat pics myself that I will have to post in the near future... My favs have to be the King cobra and the Green Anaconda. Altho they have many Vipers and Rattlers, the Green Tree Pythons are nice too, and a few of the larger constrictors wouldnt hurt.
