questions about my helix

Hey,

I have a helix dbs1000. it is set for 90 degrees, it reads 90 degrees on the t-stat, but the thermometer probe( accurite) sets right on the hot side, over a layer of paper towels and newspaper and it reads 94.6 degrees. Any thoughts would be most helpful

Ok, that's the first time I've heard that the enclosure temp was HIGHER than the stat temp... hmm...

yeah me too. i dunno what is going on
