    Possi Het Albino's Are Hatching
I love a Sunday morning where you get up and you've got new hatchlings in the incubator!

These are from our 7 egg clutch. Mom is Kyna, a normal we adopted a few years back (her first clutch), Dad is Malachi our 100% het Albino male (produced by 8Ball and his first time to sire a clutch). I think they did good! :)

First up is this little male, 62 grams. He's got some very cute markings with all his dorsal spots, a crazy belly and his faded head marking. He'll make someone a lovely pet I think.

Next is his sister at 63 grams. She's an interesting girl with her ringer marking. The orange color by her ringer mark bleeds down, under and on to her belly. Her head, which of course she hide in her coils has a huge faded marking, almost a full fade but not quite. Her belly is well "funny", not clean but not marked a lot - just different.

Me either! One was almost ready to come out but as soon as we opened the box, he/she backed itself right up and back into the egg. Little turd! LOL Funny to watch though, I've never witnessed that before.

Congrats on the babies! I like the male's markings too; I like it when they have spots inside their dorsal spots.

gratz on the babies!! I really like the pattern on the male, especially his back half... it almost looks like thin stripes. :P

Thanks Casey. I just peeked in and it looks like a couple more are out/almost out of their eggs so watch for more pics. :)

Thanks! We're really pleased with all our hatchlings this year. Our first year and so far it's been just a blast!

Looking good Jo. Don't sell too many of them before I get a chance to photograph 'em all :8:

LOL I'll try not to. :)

Here's the next two out of the eggs. I sure hope the last three hurry up since little #4 was a busy baby and tossed the hatching medium into a few of her sibs eggs. I've never seen a hatchling so messy and covered in vermic/perlite. I think she was having a blast before I dragged her out for a bath LOL.

    Here's Miss #4, female at 63 grams.....

Here's another male, hatching weight 64 grams. He has the most incredible clean belly, hoping he's really a she since the sexing on this hatchling didn't go as easily as most (he was fussing and peeing on me and having a fit LOL)....

Both of the female hatchlings have their daddy's neck stripe spot as well as this male (hard to see by the angle of the shot). The first female has it a bit but this second female's spot is pretty much identical to her dad's. :)

    Malachi's neck stripe spot....

The last three are out!

Hopefully my quick sexing of them is wrong because at this point I've marked them all as males but like all our hatchlings, I'll re-sex them after shedding and a couple of more times after that just to be very sure (thanks for the advice about that Tim :)).

    Hatchling #5 - male @ 61 grams.....

    Hatchling #6 - male @ 63 grams.....

    http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e2...le08-03-08.jpg

    Hatchling #7 - male @ 63 grams.....

So that's tentatively a 5.2 ratio on these possi hets. Funny thing though is out of 7 hatchlings, 5 have some form or other of their sire's spot on his neck stripe. Isn't that odd.
