    looking for BRB scales
Hi everyone here :).I am a researcher from the National Key Lab of Metal Matrix Composites of Shanghai Jiaotong University,China.

I am doing some research on BRB scales, however I need scales clipped from a living snake ( because this kind scales remain bright while the sheds do not have the iridescent color) .I have been looking for the scales for a long time:(Can anybody help me about this? I just need 7 or 8 scales. It would be nice of you if you can send me the scales( of course I will pay the expense) or tell me who would be probablly able to help me:). My email address is ''zhaoqibin@sjtu.edu.cn'' &''zlnforever@hotmail.com'' and my MSN is ''zlnforever@hotmail.com'' .

I have wasted a lot of time looking for the scales and that makes me upset:(

That will be very hard to find. You will have to find someone with a BRB that is dead and then remove the scales. Other wise I dont think anyone will want to remove scales of of one..LOL, to pretty.

yes, in fact I do not want to clip scales from a living snake because I know that might probably cause dadly injuries.I has been looking for someone whose BRB has just died or is dying or stillborn and I think maybe he/she would be willing to do so.However, the chance is little,so I think maybe I can put on a thread on the forum because there are many breeders here and chance may increase.

    Thanks for your advice.

Good idea, Contact breeders that have BRB litters, they are bound to have a still born baby.

the litter is the group of babies, you would want a stillborn out of a litter
