    Some insight please?
Just wondering what i should be feeding my 4ft - 4 1/2ft RTB? I feed him a Large Rat every ten days, maybe plus? But it seems that even after i feed him, right away he seems hungry still....

    Thanks.

That sounds about right to me, but does that leave any noticeable bulge in him?

No, not at all...Never any noticeable buldge, always been a great eater.

But after his last feeding, right away he was looking up like some more was coming. Same with the next day, and then when i went to change his water, after opening the top he was just chilling there like he always does when about to eat, he almost caught my arm when i was puttin the water dish in.

He's healthy, always sheds clean, his dumps are normal. It just seems like he's still hungry though....

Then again, could there be a possibility that he may be going into shed, due to him always looking aware of what's going on, looking like he wants to feed?

Up his food size a bit and then just give him more time to digest then usual. As my boas mature I generally feed them a bit larger meals less frequently.

What do you recommend i feed him? I already feed him the largest rats available? Do i move to something else? or should i feed him 2 medium rats at a time?

I appreciate you helping me with this, thank you.

He's 4 ft and eating the largest rat you can get? They are probably a medium size then. Do you have pics? With a size reference?

Maybe it's just the largest rats that Petco has to offer i guess?

I'll try and take some pics in the next couple of days of both the snake, and a rat.

I don't thing the pic of the rats will be necessary, lol. Just put him next to a soda can or a dollar bill.

I was going to say.. are you sure those are Jumbo Rats?
The largest size I can find in frozen online are these boys.
