    Is this normal?
My big boy Tenac (big being a relative term .. my biggest boy) has done this 3 times now. He will reject food 2 weeks in advance of his shed. I know that as soon as they start the the shedding process they will refuse .. I understand that, but 2 weeks before any physical signs of him going into shed seems a little .. advanced.

Anyone else have a snake that does that?

I am not worried .. just asking if it is normal for their them to stop feeding so in advance to their actual shed date. He has refused food the last 2 feeding days, and today he is in the bluest blue I have ever seen .. he did it again, advanced hunger strike.

    Anyone? Is my snake strange?

yeah i dont know, but mine doesnt care if it's shed time or not. I feed her on a Tuesday, and once, the following morning (wed), i found she had shed during the night.

    No, regurge, nothing.

I think it boils down to your individual snake....?

So far when mine has a nice pink belly that she won't eat either but at least I have a warning to a refusal. I bet that's frustrating considering the wasted prey.
