Thermostat Question

Does anyone know if the herpstat from http://www.cornelsworld.com/ come fully ready to go? And also if it's the grounded or not? And should I get the grounded or is it really important?

I'm pretty sure that all the herpstats come ready to plug in and go. :)

Yes they are ready to go. The one i bought had a non-grounded plug. If your heating element has a 2 prong plug like every under tank heater I have seen then you shouldn't have an issue.
