liquid urin
I checked on the my new girl and was noticing she was getting so round it looked like she was ovulating. I weighed her and he was 2054g. I started to handle her and felt lumps in her body. As I ran my hand down she started to have a bowel movement. She had a white/greenish hard movement. Right after that she peed and peed and peed some more. I don't think I have ever seen a snake have that much liquid urin. I palpated her again and felt 3or 4 more lumps so I just let her slide through my hands and she passed another HUGE bm, but this one was brown. I weighed her again after all this and she was 1873g. She lost 181g in liquid and solid waste.
Should I be worried about this? I felt so bad for her, but she wasn't acting out of sorts and is eating like there is no tomorrow. Sorry for the graphic of this but I am worried about her.

Re: liquid urin
Sounds normal to me. the white stuff is urates, basically solid pee. If i feel the liquid when I am palpitating i usually stop right away so i dont get wet :)

Re: liquid urin
The first thing she expelled (the whitish thing) was a urate, part of their urinary process. Then the liquid pee, then the brown stuff which was her feces. The big snakes can really put out some waste product so that's not at all unusual. If you saw the size of what my own female BP, Ardra, passes as far as urates and feces you'd probably faint LOL. They are the biggest things I've ever seen any BP pass but for her, that's just normal.
