Double rexes and some other oddball pics
I decided to take in a teddy-bear Rex female from a friend of mine, whose genetics go back a lot of years. I bred her to my dumbo rex male (british blue?) male and here is what came of it!
I got three "patchwork" double rexes that I have decided to keep as pets.

An older sibling (holdback female) who looks pretty feral and wild! Alongside a weird sibling.. please help me ID her coloration. Lavender? (though doubtful..)

Thanks :) Becky, that female is one of my best mommas :) She has nice big litters and cares for them great like any good mom. I am thinking of getting a normally-coated male to breed with her and my other rex females, because though it was fun to produce some double rexes, it is not really what I go for since I just breed for feeders for my snakes. But does anyone here feed-off double rexes? How do you think that they stack up against coated rats? I already tend to think of them as too special to feed off.. lol..
