    quick feeding question
alright so i just got my male pastel ball python yesterday, it is about 26" long and lean not skinny or fat i and going to pick up a scale to weigh him(camera broke or i would have taken pics) so at the place i got i from they hadn't fed him in 2 weeks or so, i was told that he probably wouldn't eat till he gets use to his enclosure and such, my curiosity took over and i decided to try and feed him a fuzzy mouse a mere snack for him so i grabbed him out of his tank and showed it to him and he struck it first thing no hesitation and ate it and then the next day i decided to see if he would eat again and i no that your not supposed to handle them after a meal but i figured since it was so small it would be ok for a quick 5 min and so he saw the fuzzy and same thing happened as the first day ate it with no hesitation now im not going to be feeding him any more or about 15 days now to let him fully adjust but i was wondering if my snake already feels comfortable with me and his enclosure since he is being handled and fed without regurgitating on the first and second day, sorry if this is a stupid question im new to snakes

Well, it sounds like the snake is doing well. Feeding can be a challenge for some people, and this doesn't seem to be a problem for you.

Just keep an eye on him and see if he continues to eat, and then... yeah :) Time is the greatest indicator.

    Nope...

    Stick with what works...
