Incubating Eggs ?

Is it best to bury the egg completely or leave the surface of the egg exposed ?

I really really, want these babies to hatch out, the last two completly dried out.

Bury them about halfway in your incubation medium. If the last two dried out your medium may be too dry. What are you using and how did you mix it (if it required mixing)?
