    please help yellow anaconda?
    ok, so i held a little 5 foot green anaconda, and i seriously fell head over heels for them.

    BUT, im not into the whole...
    "possibly killing you/omg giant snake" thing.

    i heard that yellow anacondas ONLY get around EIGHT FOOT?

    is that true?
    also


    if that is, WHERE DO I GET ONE?
    AND HOW MUCH?!!?

    Yellow condas are smaller.. but I've seen a 12' 100lb female. Males will typically be smaller.. probably around 8' or so, yeah.

    Ben Renick here breeds them.. not sure if he has anything now or not, but I'm sure you could find out. There's usually several ads on kingsnake for them as well.

    Males usually hit 6-8 feet.

    Yeah.. 6-8' is pretty normal. My adult male yellow is around 7' or so I'd guess.

    Seems like a pretty interesting snake to be interested in. I haven't heard too much about them, but it seems that they don't get that big. Almost similar sizes to a RTB. Afterall, it is an off species of a boa isn't it?

    yes, its a boa.
    and i really love greens, but again..
    im not a "big" snake person.
    the largest we have is a dimond jag X coastal python
