    Life update
I haven't been on here a lot lately, and when I am it seems like I'm just posting up some random off-topic stuff. This is no exception, but I'm pretty excited about a few things so I'll share for anyone who is completely bored. :)

This is day 50 for my first clutch, so Saturday I'll be cutting windows in my four pastel x normal eggs. They're dimpling and generating heat like crazy. I'm obviously hoping for four killer female pastels. :gj:

My 2 mojave clutches (12 good eggs) still look as good as they did when they were laid, and 2-3 more females are making late moves building.

I posted on here in May that I was laid off from my job of 8 years. I applied to about 20 places and had one interview. This morning I got a call that I likely got a job doing the same kind of prepress work, likely for a better company, for 25% more than I was making. I may just make Daytona yet. :please:

I also found out that my old job has to give me my accrued vacation time so I called and demanded it. I got a call this morning that they have a check ready for 9 days vacation pay.
My RAPTOR x APTOR het R leo pair laid her 3rd clutch of eggs yesterday, and I have a couple more females about to drop their second clutches in a week. She laid them in her water bowl, but I got to them right away so I'm hoping they make it. They've hardened up and look good, but I don't know how long they can go 3/4 covered in water and still make it. I have 4 clutches of gecko eggs in the incubator right now, and my first 2 from that same pairing should hatch in a couple weeks.

For those of you who saw my indoor garden thread, I finished my 30 plant aeroponic cloner and it works great. I also built a 14 site 2" wide x 24" tall aeroponic strawberry tree that basically grows 14 strawberry plants aeroponically and vertically in the same amount of space that a single plant would take up. It's running, and I must say, it's pretty cool. I've been building and using custom hydroponics and aeroponics systems for 8 years now, and I'm starting to think about making a few models to offer on my website like the incubators. It's almost as addicting as ball pythons.

Congrats on the new job and all those eggs! The strawberry tree sounds very interesting! Do you have a pic of the strawberry tree or the fruit? I want to check it out.

Thanks. I here are a few pics. The plants were just put in yesterday. They were rootbound and lacking nutrients when I got them, and I had to switch them from soil to aero, so they look pretty shocked. They should spring back, but I can always cut them back or even start from seed. Aeroponics grows things WAY faster than in soil, so I'm not too worried.

Finished strawberry tree. There is a 360 degree sprinkler mounted inside the top of the tube that runs for 15 minutes every 1 1/2 hours.

    14 plants and cuttings added

30 site aeroponic cloner - pre-cutings. There are 9 sprinklers that spray down from the top of the cloner that fill the entire system with a fine nutrient mist, run on the same schedule at the strawberry tree and my other systems.

Thanks, I'll definately be posting lots of pics. I cut most of the roots off too so they would have a fresh start. Only time will tell if they will take off or have to be cut back.

I hope everything works out and you'll be in Daytona with a great new job!

I'll have to go back and find your gardening thread. That looks really cool. It almost makes me, plant killer that I am, want to try real plants again. ;)
