    New website!
Well, after several months of intense headaches, I think I got my website together. I did it all by myself :P (with the help of a template) on dreamweaver. I would really appreciate feedback! I've never done anything like this before so I'm sure there is room for improvement. Thanks in advance everyone!

Oh.. and if anyone knows how to change the title of the page when it pops up in the browser, I'd love to know! I can't seem to get the title of the template out of there.

    I like the site.

Look for <title>EliteCircle</title> in your HTML, and change the title to whatever you want.

I think those CSS templates make for some of the cleanest and most appealing web sites around. Overall, I think it looks great! No shame in using something pre-built to help you accomplish a daunting task, especially if you have no knowledge of web design. :gj:

And, I use Dreamweaver on a daily basis. IMO, it's by far one of the best editors out there. There are a lot of other great apps that I use for web development, but are great for coding vs WYSIWYG...

I don't know what I would have done without the template or Dreamweaver. There have been many failed attempts during this process and many hours spent watching tutorials. I had no prior knowledge of anything relating to web design going into this and feel I have learned so much!

Thank you all for your comments! :D

    Catie,
I think it looks great. I too, built my website 3 years ago with no prior knowledge, so I understand how overwhelming it can seem. It looks to me like you beat the odds, and put together a great site. I love my Dreamweaver as well. You will be amazed at how much you will learn now that you have a jumping off point. You'll be making changes and upgrades in no time. Before you know it, you'll have so much content, you'll get lost when you open your site map (at least I do).

    Congrats,

Thanks Tim! I'm already noticing little things that I could change. Its the perfectionist in me coming out again.

Great contest by the way. :) Can't wait to see who wins!
