Hecks no I don't pick them up! I use a fork and gently transport them back and forth...

But yes, it is an ice cube tray. I didn't have anything else readily on hand, and I figured this would work for the 2 that were at the time curled up. But since then, at least 2 more have gone curly.

What are those sitting on inside the ice cube tray?

It's chick feed... Is that what your asking?
