Bad News/Good News

Good news!

We're back!! No lost posts...only a few quirky fix ups that we're working on.

Bad News.... :(
Our new host gave us the boot! after 3 days, they pulled the plug and said we're "using too many resources"...hahahaha!!

So we immediately switched back to the old host...and that's where we had the problem...slow responses to our support tickets for one itty bitty thing. but we finally figured it out on our own after a lot of googling!

More bad news...
We can't stay at this host. We're pulling out ALL of the stops and going to get our own dedicated server. Ball-Pythons.net has grown SO MUCH in the last few months, we can't have anything less!! Yeah, that also means...another host move in a little while...but, for your patience, we promise new goodies :)

Well, after hitting refresh button ten million times, and talking to Em for the past day, all is well!

Thanks Nate and crew for the dedication to this forum and its users. I know it's hard work (my hubby is a network engineer) and for all of you to do this on your own time is very amazing. I am truly thankful to all of you who work so hard for all of us :love:

We have created a new position for Nate on the admin team--something along the lines of VBulletin Guru/Tech Support Extraordinaire. :gj:

FYI, any images that you have uploaded to your gallery in the past few days are missing right now but will be back ASAP so no worries there! :)
