high white/low white on pieds genetic?

do you guys know if it's genetic that the offspring of a het pied/pied can be determined to be high white or low white? like if the parents are both high whites, would the offspring be high white also?

i have seen the pieds that ralph produces and most of his pieds are high white. i actually havent seen him produce a low white pied.

if it's genetic then maybe breeders can do selective breeding so the offsprings would always be high white?

High whites are just as likely to produce low whites and vise verse

Really? i thought it was genes :weirdface i was watching one of ralphs youtube vids and he said the high whites produce more high whites but anyways yes a pied is a pied and there all freakin sweet!!!!
