somebody most of my females already. most of those rats are males.i think i found around 6 females left.

:D If I were you, I would feed off the males first!
And yeah, even with my mice I've noticed that right before the litters are weaned, the adults give me looks as if to say 'get them out of here!' :P

It's very easy to get overrun when you breed your own rodents. A couple years ago I was struggling to feed 50 or so adults (and a handful of hatchlings) and decided to start breeding rats. In a matter of months I was giving away extras, freezing off a ton and still had plenty to feed every week. Luckily I enjoy the hell out of breeding rats!
