David Van Houten of Logan Enterprises

Has anyone had any personal experiences with this person?

I did a search on here and turned up an old thread, but it didn't actually have any personal experiences in it and more than half the thread got off on a different subject, so I thought it was worth starting a new one.

I also did a search on the BOI, and turned up a really mixed bag, but most of the negative was all one guy and it does seem that at least half the burden for how bad that transaction turned out was on the buyer. So bottom line there was without doing tons more research on the background of those who left feedback, I couldn't get a clear picture, and none of it was recent anyway.
