1 year old ALBINO boa, if local comes with 90 gal. breeder and stand

i will be moving soon and unfortunately i will not be able to take my albino boa with me, she is still quite small and eats f/t small rats once a week, i have a full feed and shed record since ive had her and i am looking to sell her for 400 which is defiantly less than what i paid the breeder for her, if you are here in michigan she will come with a 90 gal. breeder tank, and a wooden stand/cabinet...
