Shedding & Lethargic - is it normal?
My BP is 3 years old and going into a shed. It hasn't moved from it's spot on the warm side of the tank in 3 days. Is this normal?
    Cool temp: 80
    Warm temp: 85
    Humidity: 55 (spraying regularly)

In my experience, and in reading lots of posts by other members of this and other forums, I would say that your warm temps are too low. I keep mine around 92-93 with the cool end being around 83 and ambients of around 82F. It could be that your snake is just staying there trying to be warm!

    I agree

Raise the temps to 92 degrees

Bps are prone to camping out in their hides during a shed, but like mentioned you should really correct your warm side. I keep my warm side at 88-90.

We've bumped up the thermostat so we'll see where he goes from there. So far he still hasn't budged. Glad to hear they're prone to this behavior during a shed.

He had a perfect shed overnight and was in his cool hide and acting normally again this morning. Thanks for the help!
