    Drilling tips/Airholes 4 tubs
I laid tape, started with a small bit & worked my way up, most holes were perfect but 4 or 5 airholes cracked up some pretty bad.

    Any tricks to this?

My 40 gal tank seems to large for my one yr old bp, plus I found a nice rack system donated from a local church. So tubs it is.

Thanks for any help on the drilling tips!

The trick is to use a soldering iron, and melt the holes into the tubs. It's a bt tedious, and smells a bit, but it is the best way to do it.

You can lay a block of wood behind the tub, and that should help, or just use a sodering gun.

I usually use a soldering iron too, do it outside though cause like Tim said, it can really smell.
