    New little one
Ok, so i just had to share my excitement with you all. I just got my second BP today. Shes a one month female, and shes just beautiful. I was just wondering one thing. I see it written in here all the itme about not handling them for a week or so. But my question is, she was so docile when i first picked her out, and all the way home, and even when my wife held her while I adjusted some things in her new setup. Should I sstill give her time to adjust ? I also had to go in and give her a different water bowl, for which i took her out. Im just curious about the whole not handling thing. :8::banana::taz::rolleye2::fest2::pinkele::fest::carrot::carouse:

ok i knowi overdid it with the smileys but im just soooo geeked !!!

People have different opinions on this but I would suggest handling for short periods of time and see if it causes any stress.

i agree a little bit here and there giving her time to feel safe and at the same time learn your smell. i don't think any one has said that before but my first ball knows when i have him versus my girl and is more calm and just slowly moving and check in things out with her in the start just was balled and now slowly. he got a more safe feeling with her now.

The week to 2 weeks is for her to acclimate to her new surroundings and minimize the chance of refusals.

Give her time to herself with no interruptions other than simple quick spot cleans.
