feeding new borns

Anyone have an suggestions on getting new borns to eat. I have two one eats like a pig and the other has only eaten one pinky and I had to help her to get started. They are three weeks old.

I start babies on small mice, some times they don't take on to fast but they start to come around.
You might want to help her a few times, she will get the hang of it.
