How many females could be bred by one male!

I want to have my breeder male breed 5 or 6 females,what do most of you guys do?.

I usually pair one male to 2-4 females, but sometimes more. My Piebald male sired clutches with a total of 8 females this season! Of course at season's end he was looking a little thin, so I don't think I'd repeat that next year.

You can breed him to as many females as you want to as long as you keep an eye on his weight and general health. 15 or more females is not unheard of. Personally I've never done more then 6 females in a season and usually a lot less.

There is no absolute rule when it comes to breeder males. There are man different philosphies, theories, methods, limits you will get from any number of people at any different point in their breeding experiance. This is my first season breeding and it has been a great one so far -- I'm going right thru summer. I've tried EVERYTHING with my males this year. Bred a half-dozen 6-8 month old/450-600 gram boy to multiple females. Covered ten or more girls with 2 of my males. I wanted to know what was possible first hand -- knowing that I could make a mistake or two. As long as my males were eating I did not wurry about much else. Gave them 2-3 days of after they ate. A week-10 days when they shed. Let them do what they do. 6 girls should be no problem for a mature male in my opinion. Good luck and make sure you listen to everything everyone has to say!!! Thanks guys Im going to purchase a Albino male to breed all my females,also a female spider so Ill have all 100% het for albinos spiders & pastels I think thats the best move for me.
