well, about ohh man almost a year ago a man in a electric wheel chair was hit and killed drunk driving his chair across a major 4 lane road down here...
and the reason they call horses vehicles is prolly the fact that they are a way of transportation that alot of people prolly use... wouldnt doubt some one tried to park his horse outside a bar.
