Thermostats with single probe and multiple outputs
I was looking at the Herpstat PRO from Spyder Robotics because I liked the fact it had 4 probes and four outputs. The other top shelf brands, Helix etc. have one probe and multiple outputs. I imagine the multiple outputs are for controlling similar heat sources in multiple tanks using the probe on one as a guide. My question is if I wanted to use a glass tank and control the UTH and the CHE(ambient temp) would I need 2 seperate Helix thermostats or one with multiple probes. I'm asking because of the glass tank sticky in this forum. I hope that made sense.
