Can someone estimate my KSB's age?

My new KSB is 8 inches long and as fat as an average BIC pen. Can you estimate its age?

Male or female? it is difficult to answer your question for the fact that a lot depends on how much they were fed. If fed once a week on average I would guess under a year maybe 6-10 months but that is only a guess and without knowing the weight, sex and how often it was fed it is difficult to say.

You should weight them in grams, that way you can tell if they lose or gain weight too fast.

Weight is how I know ages. :]

I bet you can call or see the breeder at the next show and ask him.... I'm not familiar with KSB sizes, but perhaps posting a pic will help. ;)
