    Odd poop
Lesser just pooped and it looked tarish? Nothing like his normal brown cat turds? Now, hes been off his normal feeding schedule for three weeks because im waiting for my rats to get big enough, and he just ate two rat pups yesterday so could that factor in? Not eating for two 1/2 weeks and then getting a different kind of prey item? The next time he poops im going to take it to the vet to get a fecal done.

I would take a small sample and soak it in some water, see what color you get.

Tarry black poop is often caused by partially digested blood.

Alright, is that a bad thing? Again, hes been off feed for two 1/2 weels and just fed him two rat pups yesterday so the change might have caused it?

Any chance that it was cooked? I saw that lesser had moved his hide to the cool size, so i checked the temps. Sure enough it said 107 degrees! Somehow the thermostat had been set higher than I normally keep it.
