    Are these kind of what you were talking about, water and flower/image wise? :) For the shallow DOF, I'll snap some tomorrow when I have more light available :) And for the others, enjoy!

    Well, these are normally taken during the day...mid morning, or close to night time. The flash will reflect off of the subject and everything, but doesn't have time to reflect off of the background and return, due to the shutter speed, so instead you get a black background :)
