atb setup

I got my atb yesterday, during the day he stayed up in the vine I set up. When it got dark he went to the ground and I saw him drinking, since then he has been on the ground. Ive read if they stay on the ground something is wrong. HIs ground temp is about 82 can someone help me thanks

ATB's will got to the ground sometimes...They don't perch on a single branch like GTP's, they need more of a 3 point area so they can lay in a coil.
