Just read this on the BOI and figure it should go in business, as it was a bad decision on Kelli's part. This guy literally scammed Kelli into sending $5000 worth of Leos to Germany by only paying some of the money, and never paid her the rest of the balance.

Just worth reading, and seeing what happens when we put our efforts together to catch the bad guys.

It baffles me why anyone would send anything when the balance has not been paid in full. Anyone agree/disagree?

Im with you... id never ship unless paid in full... especially to another country!!!

Especially in such high amounts... But apparently the guy has done it a number of times.

yep. that's true. i order internationaly and i pay 50% down before they apply for my cites then the rest after i get my cites permit BEFORE they ship it.

well atleast it had a happy ending...:)
