Summer Humidity?

I have question...

So we finally got the summer heat. This is my first summer in this city and didn't realize how humid it got here.

So I am trying to think of ways to get the humidity down in my snakes enclosures.

Does anyone have any good tips?

I have put in paper towel instead of the usual substrate. But what else can I do?
The winter I am dealing with too low humidity because of the electric heaters and now too high. We have been having over 85% humidity outside.

If you have a larger one, a smaller water dish might help a bit. :)

Turn the air on in your house. Believe it or not Michigan has been ridiculously humid lately as well and I've kept the air running and Furio's humidity is the same old 55-60%. Good luck!

... but we are suffering aswell... no AC here :(

It's pretty hard to have an enclosure too humid for a ball python. The only thing to watch out for is bacterial/fungus growth. My advice would be doubly vigilante with your cleaning efforts and you should be just fine! Good question! :gj:

Ha its allways 60% humidity in my house LOL
Well I suggest not spraying the cage, keep the cage clean, and what everyone alse said LOL

Yeah, my apt is uber humid too. And I don't want to run the AC :)
