    What are you?
I looked in on my eggs (day 55). I am having a hard time keeping the humidity up. I had already snipped 3 of the eggs. One of the ones that I snipped looks different than the others. He/she is pure white with black stripes. All the others have yellow and black stripes (from what I could see. Any explation on what the white and black can be? I was worried that he wasn't moving much but I saw him wiggle a bit (he is big and doesn't have much room in the egg. I couldn't see his head. I am worried he will drown and not be able to find his way out of the egg. So no albino's :( I saw not a trace of yellow and white. I am sad but the white guy has me confused. Any ideas?

lol I was going to take pics but got so wrapped up with the little ones I plum forgot to take some. I know it is not his belly becasue the white (very very light pink) is all over (I can see two sides of him) None of the others are like this one. The black is BLACK and the white has a very tiny pink tint to the skin. Every place I can see of him (with his bends and kinks from being crammed in the egg) has the same white and black stripes. I was looking through the pics of bps and haven't found any that look remotely like him.

    We need pics!!

From what you said about hoping to see some yellow, I guess the parents were supposed to be het albinos? Maybe the breeder got them confused with the het axanthics?

Is it right to assume he is alive as the blood vessles are so red? You can see a bit of the other eggs in one of the photos. They haven't stuck their noses out yet. Think they are ok? All have bright red veins.

That is just a normal belly...

You cut early enough that the colors are not fully developed.
