    Yeah, I mostly always never hold any of my snakes when they're in shed. They like to just hang in their humid hides and do their work. The only time I handle them is when I have to do tub or cage maintenance. ;)

    My snakes become cranky pants when they're in shed, I wouldn't hold them because of the uneeded stress and the cranky pants factor.

    My boas get really hissy when they're in blue. My royals just let me know I'm bothering their process! ;)

    About the only time I would was to give them a nice spray if I think they needed it. Other than that I let them be..

    I would leave them be until they are done shedding. It's just unneeded stress for the snake. Plus they don't see so great during a shed. :D

    Also, if you spray the snake at a point in their process it tends to make them shed poorly. At best, spray their environment or use moss in their hides to bump the humidity ;)

    Moss is great for aiding in the shed process. Gotta love that it keeps the humidity up really easy too!
