Peek-a-boo

Does anyones snake play peek-a-boo before coming out of their hide at night? Lately i've been noticing that my ball likes to stick about 3 inches of his body outside of his hide, then go back in to his nose is at the edge and he does for maybe and hour or before becoming really active.

For sure. They just gotta check everything out and make sure all is in order!

Yeah, mine does the same thing. I never see her out in the day and she is very cautious before coming out at night.

Likewise with mine. When it starts getting dark I have a check on him and can just see his little head poking out his cave. After a while he's out and about and causing havoc in his tub! :rolleyes:
