The Truth About My New Pastel
I was able to locate and contact the original breeder that had my new big pastel.

He sold this guy off because he was getting some new snakes and needed to make room. The owner of the pet store is a friend of his and bought it from him.

When I showed the breeder pictures of how his friend took care of the snake, his response was "I won't be selling anymore snakes to him" and he was glad I got him.

I did learn that Alex (what we named him) was hatched in 2003.

It's nice to finally know the whole story.

How did I find out? When I got the snake from the store, they gave me a picture that was supposedly one of his offspring. Well, I happened to turn it over yesterday and guess what was there? The breeders name. :)

    Way to go!!!! :D
This is an awesome ending to the story and why I can't ever look at things as being so cut and dry as to NEVER rescue from a pet store.
    Very cool! Good job :gj:
