I love this guy, like the title says. he by far has become my favorite snake. i haven't been bit yet (knock on wood), although he has struck numerous times at me. the other day he got away from me and took off across the room, under the bed, and straight into defensive positioning. needless to say, that scared the crap out of me!:O i got him out with the hook, and he doesn't even seem like he is too into doing that again. i put him down and he comes right back to me. he won't let my girlfriend hold him, just me.
He has also grown so fast already. he was a little scrawny when i got him (in comparison to other babie retics i've seen), but is starting to fill out nicely.
