Found this just now on THE FRONT PAGE OF YAHOO.

The comments are all claiming it was fake, but you can see the snakes lifting their heads and climbing out of the pool. Looks pretty real to me.

I don't know what course of action would be right to take legally.

I have sent an e-mail to my closest humane society office to have them look into it. They should know if there's anything to be done legally. I'll let you guys know what I hear back from them.

No, they are saying that kobe's jump was fake... In several shots you can see that the snakes are real. I don't think anyone is suggesting that the snakes are fake.

jackass has never failed to make me laugh.. except for now; poor snakes. i felt bad that they just had to swim the whole time, and then they started jumping in on top of them! hmm :(

If the pool just had some sand in it with puppies and kittens in it there would be a major outcry..... probably make the news, but it's snakes ... so no one gives a damn.... except those of us that appreciate these animals that were abused in this pathetic clip.
