    Appetite Stimulant for snakes
My KSB has stopped eating thawed in the past few months. I've been feeding him live fuzzies every so often, but not without trying thawed first and he just doesn't want to eat them any more. He was on thawed for almost a year. Are there any appetite stimulants out there that work?

Here are some tricks that have worked for me.

Thaw the rodent out and then wash it with an unscented dawn dish detergent. Rinse the soap off thoroughly with warm water and offer it. Some snakes don't like the smell of lab mice.

Sometimes you can scent mice to stimulate them to eat. I don't usually need to do this, but I have successfully used the juice from canned tuna or chicken. Thaw the rodent, dip it in the juice and dry it off.

Sometimes I put Kenyans into small deli cups with the mouse and usually they will eat it. Just make sure the cup has ventilation holes in it.
