    swimming beardie
I was board and had my beardie out right now and decided to see what she would do if I placed her in some water. So a short trip to the restroom and voila, I filled the tub with about 1/2 inch of water and placed her in and she started kinda running around but not trying to get out she would go in circles and she actually looked like she was trying to swim. Rather interesting I will try to get a vid of it some other time. Stupid beardies lol

I was just making a comment about the silly things they do. And how would a full grown beardie almost drown in a 1/2 inch if that of water with my hand in there so she could get out. And who said anything about a pool maybe you should re read the tread.

Beardies are great swimmers, mine never once got misted, Id just give him a bath once a day. If her head gos under water, she is just drinking:) Just make sure the waters lukewarm, and you will see them swim like alligators;)

THats all I meant by "stupid beardies" find it funny that she would enjoy it soo much. But no now I am forever known and the "smart person who put her in the pool" (paraphrasing there) When I clearly stated the following key words: Bathroom, Tub, 1/2. Guess that equates to a pool (for tiny little people) My beardies spoled I got an empty room in my house and let her roam free in there all day equivalent to a 40,000 gal tanks lol.
