    Pork Chops N' Corn Bread
    New Rack Built! Possible DUW
    This rack took me 3 sheets of melamine total, not bad for a 22 slot rack. I tried to do the fine detail with the trim but I have a bad eye for it. I figure it looks good enough and works very well. I used 30" of 4" flex belly heat on each shelf, the tubs are 28 qt.
    It was cut entirely on a cnc cad machine. Simply cut and assemble. Holes were drilled by machine, recess for flex was done by machine, even the groove for the shelves is done on the machine. As you can see, the Dog wanted to help me with it. Total assembly time, 20 minutes
