    A couple more questions...
I am planning on going to a local herp convention on the 17th, and plan on buying my new BP there. how much can I expect to pay for a baby normal BP. are the females and males the same price? thanks.

Around here I have seen normal baby ball pythons go for between $25 to $75 with females holding hard to the upper end. In a couple of months the shows will be flooded with people trying to get rid of the normals from the recent breeding season. A lot of quality babies will probably be available and pricing should be very aggressive.

Last year i bought my first normal BPs at the reptile show in orlando. they were about a month old and the guy sold me the male for $10 and the female for $15 so i obviously got the pair for that price and still have them. i spent about an hour looking until i found the guy that gave me the good deal. pretty sure you're gonna find what you're looking for at reptile shows. i'm also going to a show on the 17th in orlando looking to get some more balls. :gj:

Yup, this makes sense. They are much less expensive at shows since there is no shipping :gj:
