Why can't you put press n seal or saran wrap over the box?
Have you added a container of water to the bottom of the 'bator for ambient humidity?

I have press n seal and the lid..i could probably do without the lid tho.
I had a container of water initially, but my accurite was showing like 60% humidity...i didn't see that it made any difference. I could possibly try again.

If you are gonna mist or add moisture do it to the substrate and not the eggs. Better to start a little at a time because you can always add more but getting it out aint as easy.
