First time using FT

hey guys. i have never used FT before and i got some pinkies for my hognose. (i know this is bp section but oh well) just wondering how you go about thawing them? warm water? i know no microwave. :weirdface thanks.

I let them thaw to room temp, then using a human heating pad on the low setting. If you use the warm water method, I believe you should put it in a plastic bag so it doesn't get soggy/waterlogged.
