Thanks Andrew, the Nikkor 18-55. When I picked it up at Best Buy they were having a sale that included the 18-55 and the 55-200 for $599.00.

Very nice price! Mind if I make a recommendation on a lens for great portrait and fauna photography?

If you can find one for a decent price (Check Ebay, Amazon, B&H, etc) for a Sigma 50mm f/2.8 EX DG Macro lens. They run about $200 or so, but they are weeeelll worth it! :D:gj:

That's great. I am going to pick up the Nikon D40 as well, and I will definitely check out that lens.

Thanks Kat!, the yellow is my favorite too, she gets better with every shed, this camera is really nice, it makes it easy.
