Herp Enclosures.. MIA again?!

Does anybody know how to get in touch with Rich at Herp Enclosures. I bought and thought I paid for a rack on april 7, 2008. The money has not come out of my account yet, I've sent him numberous emails as well as called both numbers listed on this site. How does he process his orders? Does he charge your account when he is ready to ship the rack? when I first started calling the office phone. I would get the answering machine and I left a few messages, then I got mail box full, and today I've been calling since lunch time and all I get is a busy signal. I'm starting to regret making a purchase from him. If anybody can contact him for me please do so, pm me and I'll forward my phone number to you to give to him cause obviously he isn't getting my messages :rage:

I had experienced the same with him.. An 8-10 week wait, that was supposed to be a 3-4 week wait for the rack to arrive, wasn't billed, couldn't get ahold of him... I emailed him and told him not to send the order and ordered from Rich @RBI, had my rack within 5 days.
